    As a member of the Customer Care Team this position is the primary contact for customers with the Corporation. The purpose of this position is to allow the Customer Care Team to meet its goals of responding to customer inquiries, receiving customer payments, processing customer movements and safeguarding the Corporations receivable assets through timely collection activity in a professional manner and in a safe and secure environment.

    General Labourer Summer Student - Yellowknife, NT

    Under the general supervision of the Manager, Plant Operations, you will contribute to the safe and efficient operation of the NTPC Plants. Duties would include heavy lifting, weed whacking, painting, mopping, cleaning and assisting the Mechanics, Electrical Technicians, Electricians and Power Linepersons.

    Manager, Engineering Design - Hay River, NT

    The Manager, Engineering Design is responsible and accountable for supervision of staff and for the on-going operation and administration of Engineering Design. Engineering Design provides professional engineering design services for capital projects, and some technical expertise and support to Operations as requested. The incumbent will also manage engineering design process, procedures and quality assurance as required for compliance with NTPC’s Permit to Practice.

    Chief Technical Officer, Asset Management and Engineering - Hay River, NT

    Reporting directly to the President and CEO, the Chief Technical Officer, Asset Management and Engineering (CTO) provides strategic leadership in managing Asset Management and Engineering programs, policies and procedures. Performs at the executive leadership level as a member of the Executive Committee in developing and directing Corporate goals, financial and business plans, and strategies to ensure the effective planning and delivery of programs and services to achieve the Corporate mandate.
